You must be at least 18 years of age to use this entry form.
By completing this form, you are stating that you have read the MSFGA Show rules, as well as the specific rules for the Valley of the Sun Fainting Goat Shows and agree to comply with the show rules.
Do not use this form to enter the FGG Open, Futurity, Regional Championship shows, or Open Breed Fun Classes. Click here for the online form to enter the other shows.
A copy of the goat's MSFGA registration certificate must be presented to the Show Coordinator prior to the show.

Pen fees are $10 per pen. Fee covers set-up, bedding, clean-up, and take down. If pens were requested on the FGG Open Show Entry form, please do not request them again on this form.
